PageRank to WebRank

I just read in DigitalPoint Forum that Google is going to change PageRank into WebRank with a new ranking algorithm in effect soon after the ongoing Google backlinks update. According to the OP, Google is going to adopt a completely new algorithm to rank websites according to three important variables - content, links to the site and Relevance of incoming links.

Well, I did search for a more official update from the big G but I couldn’t find any. For those really interested in this news would sure love to read a post in the same thread by The Webmaster. Anyway, whatever the real deal is, I hope the new PR update is sure going to have some new rules incorporated. But whether or not these new rules will affect the PR of different sites, only the real PR update will tell.
