Cognizant, which will be coming to our college for Campus Recruitment next month, has been ranked 15th in World’s 100 Hot Growth Companies. It’s a US-listed Indian outsourcing company headquartered in US, having about 75% of its workforce in India.

According to reports, Cognizant is willing to start mass recruitments from various Engineering Colleges across India, especially from the National Institute of Technologies or the NITs. At present it is reported to have over 43,000 employees and a 61% growth in annual turnover this year.

Cognizant was founded in 1999 and since start; it has shown a very promising growth rate. It provides a range of business process outsourcing solutions to thousands of companies around the globe.

Last year, Cognizant took up good number of students from our college. It was one of 1st phase Company. This time also, we are expecting a similar response, but we need to wait and see!
