“What makes you special?”, that was the first line they show us when the IBM people started their presentation in our college yesterday. The selection process started with a written test consisting of 55 questions of verbal and analytic reasoning plus some questions on computer engineering. As we got through that the written round, we were made to sit for a GD round and after that we had Personal Interviews where both Technical and HR questions were thrown to us.

21 students were selected and they were offered a temporary Offer Letter for the Job as Software Engineers in IBM. These 21 were those who were “Special”. Well, I was one of them!
